Shipping policy
We ship products Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays or as quick out-of-stock items becomes available, mostly earlier than our shipping indicator promise.
When to expect delivery
Delivery time is linked to the item(s) ordered.
We keep stock of many products, but not everything. The shipping indicator will give you an indication of the estimated time of delivery. The item in your order with the longest lead-time will determine the delivery date.
HEAVY OR BULKY ITEMS:
In the product description of some heavy and/or bulky items the shipping indicator will show "Gauteng Delivery Only". The area of delivery is restricted to the region(s) indicated, but buyers may arrange their own courier to collect at our premises in Centurion, Gauteng.
Collection of urgent orders
Processing fee: R100 extra
- Collection from one of our Admin Offices in Centurion, Gauteng can be arranged by special appointment only

- A specific 1 hour time-slot for collection will be arranged with you
We do not have a walk-in shop, but click & order we will deliver to your home or office in any town in South Africa.
Our standard method of delivery in South Africa is by courier for R99.00 or FREE for orders above R500.

New customers:
- Click on Create an Account and follow the instructions to activate the account
- Please check your spam-folder if you do not see the activation emails within 5 minutes
Online Ordering process:
- Click on the [product image] to view pricing
- Click [add to cart] on items you want to buy
- Search for more for more items to buy by clicking on [Continue Shopping] or click on [Checkout] button when you're ready to confirm the order
- Select a convenient delivery option during checkout and make payment
Basic principles:

Sales Support & Technical Advice are available on 0824041533 via WhatsApp. We will respond Mondays to Fridays 09:00 to 16:00. Please leave a text message or voice-note recording together with photos/videos. We are closed on public holidays.
- We are not geared to deal with collections, but it can be arranged for very urgent orders by selecting "Urgent Order" during checkout.
